After doing the loving kindness, I was open in the beginning, but when she mentioned picture someone you love I saw my dad. It was very hard for me because all sorts of emotions came up like missing him. I found that I could not just relax because I still grieve so much. I think this would generally be a great thing to do with clients to help them relax and focus, however for me I think my grief is still to strong.
A mental workout is where we need to train the mind just like we would for a sport or study for a test, and that when doing this help with easing the mind and I can implement this by practicing daily .
