Welcome everyone to my blog, I would like to post my reflection on our relaxation, that we did. I thought it was good, my heartbeat slowed and I felt a little less rushed. the one issue was that I thought it was a little low and too much explain, I generally like to close my eyes and just focus on breath.

I have had a very rough week to say the least and like you I like to close my eyes and just take a few breaths to get re-centered. It was great to have the exercise to help do that. It makes it a lot easier to do when I am on my own. I close my eyes and slowly imagine myself relaxing little by little.
